This project really caught my attention, the brochure had many other details but it was the Ashar Merac amenities that really caught my attention. They are providing 25 plus amenities such as a golf course, basketball court, jogging track, tennis court, park, skating rink, community hall, club house, gym, swimming pool, children’s play area and many more. Ashar Merac minimum price is set at Rs. 85 lakh, which I found pretty decent given the scope of project and definite appreciation of price in the future.

Ashar Merac possession which is scheduled for December 2028. Ashar Merac does not have a sea view but the majestic view of Yogi Hills. The Ashar Merac Unit area for 1 BHK starts from 419 Sq Ft, 2 BHK 663 Sq Ft and 3 BHK 820 Sq Ft. I could not really find anything about Ashar Merac price, please let me know if anyone does.
My colleagues and I were talking about this new project in Thane West called Ashar Merac. Ashar Merac unit configuration consists of 1,2 and 3 BHK apartments in a project area of 4 acres and the project size of 3 buildings and 900 units. The Ashar group really surprised us with the new technologies they have used in this project, they have built a 4 level amenity structure across 1,10,000 Sq Ft. This particular project is the talk amongst real estate developers. I would want to invest here. If someone is aware of the possession date and minimum price do ping it in the comments.
