Hi, I booked the Central Cargo movers and packers to shift my belongings from Delhi to Hyderabad. I am completely dissatisfied with their service. I had to shift my bike, along with other things. On the day of packaging, they informed me to drive my motorbike to the warehouse, and from there they would arrange the shipment.
They also assured me that on reaching Hyderabad, they would keep my belongings in the warehouse for FREE for 7 days. However, once the things got transported they changed their statement and said that I would have to pay Rs. 7000 extra for 7 days.
This is unprofessional.
