My father retired this year. Before his superannuation, he said that he wants to make a commercial real estate investment. Before finalising the decision, I detailed to him about what is commercial property investment. I’ll be happy to share the same here.

  In order to invest in larger commercial real estate projects, you can pool cash from high-net-worth individuals or institutional investors and set a minimum investment threshold.
