I want to share my DBS Bank home loan review to highlight the pressure their officials create on customers. I opted for a home loan from their bank a month ago. I was pressured to finish the documentation without giving sufficient time. They don’t operate on Saturdays and the whole thing made it inconvenient for full-time employees like me to visit them on weekdays. The whole thing was full of trouble and stress for me.

The post loan service offered by DBS Bank is just horrible. Their representatives are least bothered about the customers once the loan has been processed. Before that, they had several filters for document processing, which took a lot of my time. Even the processing fee was huge, and as I was new to the loan process, I had no clue about the high processing fee. Please think twice before you take a home loan from DBS. There is a whole lot of documentation in taking the home loan which seems rather unnecessary. I had to run here and there to get everything, which was a big hassle. They need to simplify things and make it easier for the customer rather than troubling them for everything. I didn’t feel like their attitude was in the right place either. The way they conversed with me didn’t feel professional and I wouldn’t recommend you opt for their home loan. There are several other reputed banks and options to choose from.
