How to Get a Domicile CertificateYou can obtain the application from either of the local authorities (Office of Tahsildar/ Revenue Department/Office of District Collector/Sub-Divisional Magistrate or any other authorised authority in the UT/state).
Documents RequiredAs a domicile certificate is issued by the state government, you will have to offer several documents as mentioned by that particular state/UT. Some common documents include:
Application form
Two passport-size photographs.
Residence Proof (driving license, ration card, etc.)
Age proof (school certificate, birth certificate, etc.)
