My boss was sharing his Elite Homz review with us as he recently shifted there. He told us that the starting Elite Homz 3 BHK price is 1.2 crores for a unit size of 1,317 Sq Ft. He also mentioned various amenities Elite Homz has to offer like aerobics room, community hall, jogging track, and he expressed how happy his kids were with the new place. He seemed quite happy with his stay.

Elite Homz is a well known project in the sector 77 of Noida. I got to know this when i was looking for apartments in the area. I found Elite Homz location friendly because of my accessibility. My office is just 3 Kms away from the property and even the metro station is at a convenient distance, my parent’s place is also 5 kms away, this accessibility is pretty rare to find in such a locality . I will visit the property soon to understand more about the project.

I recently visited Elite Homz and this is my Elite Homz review. Elite Homz Unit configuration consists of 2,3 and 4 BHK apartments which are built in the project area of 5 acres. To access the floor plan you will have to inform the builder beforehand. The society seemed really good and the overall vibe was decent with greenery and ample space. They will inform me about the price after a couple of days but other than that I really liked the property.
