I took a home loan from Equitas Small Finance Bank last year to purchase my 1st house. A friend of mine suggested I check their scheme, and I was satisfied with the offerings. The experience thus far has been okay in terms of interest payments and all. But yes, I would like better communication from their end, which has been a problem as far as I was concerned. Overall, you can consider them to take a home loan.

I saw many Equitas Small Finance Bank home loan reviews before taking a loan from them. I recently contacted the bank to inquire about the home loan and did not have a good experience. Compared to other banks and NBFCs, their interest rates are quite high, which didn’t suit us. The customer service is another thing which we were unhappy with. I recommend you compare the services of other banks and then choose one instead of going for Equitas.
