• Arrived 2 hours late

• Did not bring enough boxes and even wrapping items for which they used two of our trolleys

• They dragged our bed which damaged the ceramic flooring and I had to pay the landlord for it

• They delivered the goods 4 hours late yet dared to ask money for unloading. We had no choice since it was 9 pm so we paid around Rs 2,700 extra more than what was quoted to us

Gati Movers and Packers Bangalore is unreliable. They quoted me Rs 3,700 for a move from Hebbal to HSR Layout but demanded Rs 1,100 extra after loading, falsely claiming I had more goods. Their packaging was worse than local vendors, merely stuffing and dumping items. My bed and crockery were damaged. Their claim of affordable service is false. I felt cheated and will never recommend them to anyone.
