Let me share the list of goods where GST is levied and also where GST is not levied.
What is the GST on Transport of Goods by Road?
The GST on goods transport by road depends on the type of transportation happening. Here is a list of the type of transport and their GST rates:

goods where GST on transport is not leviedare:
Relief materials
Pulses, milk, salt, flour, or other food grains
Products from agriculture
Organic manure
Transporting military or defence equipment
Newspapers or magazines that are registered with the Registrar of Newspapers
If the amount charged for goods is less than Rs 1,500
For transporting personal or household goods
For transporting goods of unregistered persons
