What is HDFC Personal Loan Review?

I wanted to avail a personal loan and I was considering HDFC bank. However, I came across some HDFC bank personal loan customer reviews who complained about the delayed process and extensive documentation. I was sceptical because I had checked their official website where they mentioned that they sanction loans in just 10 seconds. Then, I spoke to my uncle who had taken a personal loan from HDFC bank and he told me that if you’re a pre-approved customer of HDFC bank, it gets easier to get the loan within seconds. Although the documentation process varies from individual to individual, if you’re not a pre-approved customer, it can get lengthy. 

I am quite satisfied with HDFC bank. A few years back, I took a personal loan to renovate our home and the entire process was very smooth and hassle-free. Last year, I opted for a personal loan to finance my daughter’s marriage and I am writing this HDFC personal loan review to share my experience. I was surprised by their processing cost which is quite higher than other banks. The fee is Rs. 4,999 + GST and the interest rate is 10.75 % to 24.00% (Fixed Rate).

I wasn’t aware of the other banks and I was already a pre-approved customer of HDFC bank so I took the loan, but now when I see other HDFC bank personal loan customer reviews, I realise I should have looked for other options.
