What is HRS Packers and Movers Bangalore Review?

HRS Packers and Movers were disappointing. I booked them for goods transportation from Bangalore to Delhi in October 2023. Here is the list of issues I faced:

• They arrived significantly late and with fewer movers than promised. 

• During the shifting process, they dropped furniture multiple times, resulting in scratches due to inadequate packing. 

• They lacked professionalism which led me to have a frustrating experience. 

I would not recommend their services, as they failed to meet basic expectations of punctuality, manpower, and proper handling of belongings

My move with HRS Packers and Movers from Bangalore to Pune was not that satisfactory. Although most of my 2 BHK items arrived with minimal damage, the experience was spoiled mainly by the team’s two-hour delay and inefficient packaging process. I strictly asked them to be punctual and get my goods delivered within the stipulated time but that did not happen. I received my goods 2 days later.

They charged me more money for unloading the goods which they had not mentioned before. It was very unprofessional hence will suggest their service to anyone.

I found HRS Packers and Movers deceitful when it comes to insurance. They damaged my goods like my bed, table and bike during transit, but did not provide any compensation or support. Their customer service is also bad. They refused to take responsibility for damages and constantly demanded extra money or tips. Pathetic service. Please beware of these packers and movers. HRS Packers and Movers were extremely unprofessional. They carelessly dumped and damaged many of my items, including gifts. After agreeing on a price, they demanded more money. The workers were unprofessional and rude. Don’t trust their online reviews. I am sure they are paid ones. Their service was the worst, and I ended up doing 30% of the work myself.
