I am writing this IDFC first bank personal loan review to share my frustration. Their website site doesn’t work properly and I am not able to login properly. I spoke with the customer service executive who couldn’t answer how I can pay my EMI other than the portal. They sent field executives or goons to be precise to my house to threaten me. Stay away from these people.

I went through a few IDFC personal loan review before deciding to take a personal loan from this bank. The customer service was so bad as they were never able to solve or answer my queries. I applied for a loan about a month back but the application status is still under process. It is better to choose other banks over these people.

I took a personal loan from IDFC bank and here is my IDFC bank personal loan review. Their personal loan interest rates are very high, between which is around 11% or higher, unlike other banks such as HDFC. I found them dishonest and they were offering quick loans but later harassed me daily. I tried closing the loan and transferring to HDFC but it was quite tough. They even made it hard for me to get the account closing documents. Please don’t avail loans from them.
