Hey there. I took a home loan through the same bank in March and can tell you the Indian Bank home loan processing fee. The home loans provided by the bank are several, so I will list down the processing fee for most of them.

What are the Indian Bank Housing Loan Processing Fees?

Here are the processing fees charged by the Indian Bank for different home loan types. I’d like to add a note here. The processing charges I have shared below are exclusive of GST. So, GST at 18% will be added to the below charges by the bank.

The processing fee is nil for the following types of home loan by IB: 

• IB Home Loan to Residents

• Home Loan to NRI

• IB Plot Loan to NRI

• IBHL-CRE

• IB Home Improve

• IB Home Loan Plus

• IB Home Enrich

• Plot Loan to Residents

• Repair and Renovation

For home loan to corporate entity, the processing charges are as follows:

• 0.25% of the loan amount

• Minimum: Rs. 25,000

• Maximum: Rs. 5.00 lakhs
