Meaning :Buildings that are intelligent between technology and residential space are known as intelligent buildings. These buildings offer higher safety and security, in comparison to traditional buildings. The lives of the residents are more comfortable and productive.
The main aim of an intelligent building is to increase the effectiveness of tenants/ residents with the help of tools. The building does not only give the user control of appliances, it automatically activates them as well.
There are many sensors in the apartment complex to create one portal to store information. Executives and residents will be able to monitor facility systems and make changes when required.

Control lighting
Gate automation
Alarm systems
The Intelligent building will have HVAC (heating, ventilation, air-conditioning) control as well. Eg. the residents will control the thermostat in turn controlling the temperature of your house.
