My parents bought an apartment at this project and this is a Joy Legend review. My father has some connections at Joy builders and developers and trusts their construction quality and interior work. He bought a 3 BHK apartment for a Joy Legend unit size of 1898 Sq Ft. This project is spread in majestic 1.5 acres with 19 storeys with over sized abodes with sun decks and uninterrupted sea views. We are really excited to move in, Joy Legend possession date is June 2025 which is almost a year from now, but I am really excited.

My sister will shift to Joy Legend after her marriage, she has not stopped talking about how beautiful the apartment is. She kept praising Joy Legend amenities like the beautiful green garden, indoor games, magnificent clubhouse, well built swimming pool, community hall and many more. The plan looks promising and I can’t wait to see her new home. She was also happy with the Joy Legend location which essentially is the gateway to Pali Hill.

My family is looking for a new apartment in Khar West and Joy Legend came out as a perfect fit for us. Joy Legend unit configuration is of 3, 4 and 4 plus apartments, the minimum price set at Joy Legend is Rs. 14.81 crore. My favorite feature of this project is the sea faced balcony and the beautiful interior from garage to rooms, each and every part of this project is beautifully designed. It is also RERA verified, Joy Legend RERA number is

P51800003263.

My parents really liked the property but we have some other apartments in option as well, we will make a decision after visiting them. To state the fact, Joy Legend has quite a high bar to beat.
