I inquired about Konark Pooram and this is what I got to know. Konark Pooram location is accessible to each and every corner of the city. There are 2 bus stations just 500 m away from the project and the nearest hospital is within 2 Kms not forgetting that the nearest theater is 2 Kms as well. You don’t have to get your groceries online as there are five of them within 2 kms . I found this persuasive to buy an apartment here. The overall reviews that I have come across for this project are good. I will visit the apartment once more before taking a final call.

I was just telling my friend about the Konark Pooram visit. Konark Pooram unit size starts from 600 Sq Ft  which is for 1 BHK and is up to 2080 Sq Ft for 4 BHK apartments. The 2 BHK price starts from 75 Lakhs and Konark Pooram 3 BHK price starts from 90 Lakhs. Space and Unit size according to this place are decent for the price. I am considering putting my money here.

Konark Pooram is one of the biggest projects I have ever heard of, the project area is 25 acres. Konark Pooram Unit configuration is of 1, 2, 3 and 4 BHK apartments, you can get any apartment here which would suit your requirement. It has a great, well maintained society with various amenities like Children’s play area, parks, indoor games and many more. I will definitely visit the property when I plan to shift.
