I conducted a small research on the meaning of the terms Nispu Inam and Dastu Gardan.

The meaning of the word iman is mentioned in Section 2(a)(i) of the Hyderabad Enfranchised Inams Act. It refers to a piece of land that has been held  in trust or owned by an individual for his own benefit.

Dastu Gardan is a document that showcases the nature of the land. Whether the land is agricultural or non-agricultural. It is issued by government bodies.
