Quite recently, my father asked me about the MHADA 20 Housing Scheme. Since I wasn’t aware of that, I decided to call a friend who was aware of it and ask him. I called and asked him about the MHADA 20 scheme and how to apply for it. Here is what he told me. 

What is MHADA 20 Housing Scheme?

My friend told me that MHADA 20 Housing Scheme is an affordable housing scheme that was launched by Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority in the year 2020-21. 

He told me that it was planned for the vicinity of the Mumbai Metropolitan Region and is also known as the MHADA lottery. After this, he told me about the process of applying for the MHADA lottery, which are

  and head to the login page. 

• Then, he asked me to register on the portal. For that, he told me to provide basic details such as my PAN card, occupation, marital status, etc. 

• He said that, after creating the account, I needed to log in again. And after logging in I should be able to see the available schemes. 

• After that, my friend told me to choose the MHADA lottery and enter my personal credentials, such as reservation category, reservation group, etc. 

• Following that, he asked me to provide the other necessary information, such as bank account details, etc., and confirm the details to complete the application process. 

After the completion of the application process, he told me to pay the application fees through DD, Debit card, or my preferred method of payment. And that’s what he told me about the MDAHA 20 scheme. I hope this information will be helpful to you.
