1) Open the official website of Karnataka land records here.

2) If you want to access the mutation report webpage, go to Bhoomi services and select the 'View RTC and MR’ option from the screen.

4)  You have to enter the required details like the district name, Taluk, Hobli, Village and Survey Number.
