Hey Buddy,

Do you know, what is NCF in Airtel DTH? Let me assist you with the same. Network Capacity Fee, or NCF, is what the TRAI has ordered operators to collect from DTH subscribers. It went into effect in February 2020 with the intention of lowering subscriber monthly fees. All DTH companies charge consumers according to the channel slab they select, and NCF fees are regulated by the regulation.

What is NCF charges in Airtel DTH?

The NCF is the fee the DTH provider charges the subscriber. The amount of channels a customer adds to their DTH subscription determines the price of NCF. The NCF charge for a group of 200 channels has been established by TRAI at Rs 130 per month (excluding 18 percent GST). The NCF charge is Rs 160 per month if a subscriber wants to add more than 200 channels (excluding 18 percent GST). These channels may be both paid and free-to-air (FTA).

To add more regarding, what is NCF cost in Airtel DTH, I would like to say that one person, for instance, chose a new DTH primary connection from Airtel. They must pay Airtel a minimum NCF fee of Rs. 140 plus 15% GST, or Rs. 161 every month.

After that, the user will add a few premium qualifying channels to the DTH account. Airtel offers two different types of packages for these channels: Airtel Packs and Regional Packs. An existing base pack that includes FTA Channels can be expanded to include additional qualifying channels, which will increase the number of subscribers to these paid channels.

The consumer would be required to pay Rs 161 plus 15% GST for network bandwidth, in addition to the price of your paid channels. The client requests HD channels a month later so they may view live shows. Now that there are 255+ channels overall, we are in the second slab. The cost of paid channels is now included in the price of Rs 184 (Rs 160 + 15% GST).

I would like to conclude here about what is NCF in Airtel DTH. I hope this helps:)
