Three members came to clean the house
1 The person who was cleaning the Commode was not using hand glouse When I asked him he said he does not have any problem. When they asked for proof I told them I am not fro any media to keep taking pictures or video, It's shared on professional basis.
2. The same person started to take out things from my kitchen and also while clearing things from BathroomHe kept the commode cleaning brush along with my my tooth brush and Blades to shave in the kitchen.
2 They took water from the bath room for cleaning purposes but they did not clean the bath room, when I called he said he would come and clean on the nest day so I waited and then called customer service.
3 My three pairs of Puma slipper had one of each when i asked wheat happened to the other foot they didn't know So I had to throw it away
4 They did not keep back things at the same place especially in the kitchen I am an old man, I have to redo the whole thing again.
5 The front portion of my blender is missing They didn't know where they kept it costs 2900.
6 They put everything in the sink and did not clean the sink
7 Glass Jars lid is missing, rs 250 Plus GST
8. iPhone charger missing they may have misplaced
9. when I called customer service they just want to hide behind their policy like I didn't call within 24 Hours they don't have CRM which means they do not have a database to record the conversation of a customer.
I called everyday at least three times from 2nd of April they keptt saying that I didn't call within 24 hour, I asked them how's it calculated that said from the time the service start, I asked I am not some one who can predict they will complete the task so it should be claulcated from the time they finish cleaning. There was no answer from the escalation team for the past 5 days Can someone help me to get a a solution please?
