The very first thing I would like to mention is the Orchid Woods location is a place where connectivity meets convenience. With the extension of the purple line this location is on the edge of having a metro line where you can effortlessly make a decision to travel somewhere. I don’t have to worry about travelling to a far distance to get any of my household stuff, everything is in my reach. These are the reasons why I found Orchid Woods a good place to have a home at.

 I accompanied my friend when he was looking for flats in Kothanur area. During this visit we came across

Orchid Woods and this is what we got to know. This project is spread in an area of 3 acres, this 3 acres include Orchid Woods Unit configuration of 2 and 3 BHK apartments. The apartments were really spacious and properly ventilated. We then inquired about Orchid Woods Unit size and floor plans and for 2 BHK it was between 1151 Sq Ft to 1197 Sq Ft and the Orchid Woods 2 BHK price starts from 99 Lakhs. Orchid Woods 3 BHK Unit size starts from 1488 Sq Ft to 1548 Sq Ft and Orchid Woods 3 BHK price starts from 1.05 Crore onwards. He really liked the property and the pricing and he is planning to get an apartment there as soon as he can.
