Piramal Vaikunth is not good for investment but is perhaps the best. My parents are all set to invest in a 2 BHK here by next year. The Piramal Vaikunth 2 BHK price starts from around Rs 1.05 crore but this price is all-inclusive so we found it justified. We have acquired the major details about this project so let me just share them with you to help you make your decision wisely:

  • The Piramal Vaikunth RERA number has already been assigned 

  • the 22,000 sq ft clubhouse is the highlighting feature of this project 

  • The Piramal Vaikunth area is huge. It is spread across 32 acres and is one of the largest projects in the city

  • 60,000 sq ft has been allotted for amenities

We are brahmins and dedicated to worshipping. This project has an Iskcon temple within its premises and that is what encouraged us to have a home here the most. Trust me, Swati, this project is worth investing in.

I agree with Rohit’s Piramal Vaikunth review. This project is really impressive and has everything that families crave. It has top-notch amenities, a worshipping place, a safe and secure environment, great connectivity, etc. 

  • The 2 BHKs here are between 552 and 700 sq ft and the

  • 3 BHKs here are between 950 and 1,051 sq ft

The best part of this project is that the residents will enjoy scenic views every day overlooking Thane Creek and Yeoor Hills. I found the project outstanding and will rate it 10/ 10.

As I was looking to buy a 3 BHK in Thane West, so I checked some properties online. From there I came across this property. I had to visit it, so I checked the Piramal Vaikunth Thane address. I found that it is situated at Old Mumbai-Agra Road, Bayer, Ram Maruti Nagar, close to Shivaji Nagar, Balkum Naka, Thane West. My kid studies in DAV Public School, which is just 2.4 km away from this project.

I also found that this property gives easy access to 3 other top schools, 6+ hyper malls, 50+ hospitals and dispensaries, 5+ colleges and so on. I just loved its location and the Piramal Vaikunth 3 BHK price for me was reasonable, so I have done the booking at the moment.

The Piramal Vaikunth possession date I received is December 2024. I am very excited to get the final handover.

I recently went to this project’s location to check the Piramal Vaikunth 2 BHK price. After reaching out there, I was amazed with the location and the construction work. With its 39-story architecture, this impressive residential complex is a prominent feature of Thane's skyline. The ISKCON temple, which gives the living environment a calm and spiritual feel, is one of the building's distinctive features. What I loved the most is that the complex has a relaxing vibe while being in the middle of the city, giving it the perfect getaway from the bustle. As the pricing was okay for me, so I booked a property here. Overall, I feel this is the best investment I have ever made.

Below is my review based on personal experience. Pros : - Iskcon temple - Cluster specific amenities - Near to upcoming metro station Cons: - Delay in possession - Slums everywhere around the project - Bad after-booking experience - Lack of transparency and ownership - Once you pay, you will be stuck 1. I booked 3BHK with study (jodi flat) in VIDIT and paid 9.9% on May 06, 2022. I am yet to receive receipts. Yet to receive allocation letter. Yet to get a call for registration. 2. Tip: a) Stay away from Piramal ! At pre-sales stage, you wont know this but you will realize this later. b) Avoid reading positive reviews as they can be fake. Instead read all the negative reviews and avoid the same mistakes. c) Avoid any type of jodi flat. d) If you still want to, dont pay immediately. Check the available units on Rera website. Lot of their inventory is available so you can get atleast 25% discount. Bargain hard. Dont hesitate. The formal attire, the ambience is just to fool you. Dont fall for it. e) If they have committed anything ask them to write in the RFR document in remarks section even before making the initial payment or signing any document. If they deny and if that commitment is important for you, then do not pay and be firm on that. Else your booking will be stuck. f) Before signing their RFR, read carefully. It is written that if you cancel, they will not return your money. Sign only if it is acceptable to you. Also note that as per Rera, they have to return your money even if you have signed their RFR. g) Always check the RERA possession date of your cluster. Only book if it is less than 1 year. Even then note that they do not deliver project on Rera possession date. Infact, they keep extending the Rera possession date. So, expect a delay of one year even post the current Rera possession date. Delay should be expected even if the building is 80% complete. h) As per RERA order no 31, they are supposed to provide allocation letter as soon as you pay booking amount. But they dont provide this. Whenever you feel stuck just ask them for Allocation letter or read Rera Order no 31. If you think nothing wrong can happen with you, just go to google reviews of Piramal Vaikunth and sort the reviews by lowest ratings. You can find all the negative reviews. I regret not reading these reviews before booking. Piramal Realty has been now for 10 years. Just ask them how many projects have they completed in these 10 years. The answer is none. They keep extending the possession date in all projects.

But since the pandemic was under control, I had been summoned to the office in Thane. Before moving there I had to find a place to live with my kids. My primary concern while searching for an apartment was their education. I could not compromise on their studies at any cost. So while doing my research I came across

After thorough research and a few visits, I finalised this project because apart from the amazing Piramal Vaikunth floor plan there are approximately 60 schools in close vicinity to the project. There are also many medical and engineering colleges in the area which secures the future studies of my children too. I moved in here just a few months back and in my Piramal Vaikunth Thane review, I can say that I am completely satisfied with the location of the project. I have just one Piramal Vaikunth complaint, that they charge way too many maintenance charges. I have raised this issue with the authorities and I hope to get a solution to this soon.

Piramal Vaikunth. Piramal Vaikunth floor plan is also good considering that most of the initial work of my start-up would take place from home itself. This property has a library and business centre which is the major reason apart from the spacious flat, why I chose to move in here. I have been living here for the past two months. I can say in my Piramal Vaikunth Thane review that the amenities are class-apart but I have just one Piramal Vaikunth complaint which is that the building is quite crowded. The builders have taken on too many projects and are not able to handle them properly.

So, I would suggest you do more than just Piramal Vaikunth floor plan research before you plan to invest in this project.
