My parents and I are residents of Platinum Park, my parents like this property because of its vast offerings of amenities. Platinum Park amenities include well maintained gardens, club house, gym, badminton court, jogging track and many other amenities. But, I liked this place because of Platinum Park location, my office bus stop is just 11 mins away from the apartment

, I have to take my mother weekly to the hospital which is just at a distance of 5 Kms, on weekends I go out with my friends to movie theatres there are 5 movie theatres within 6 Kms. I found great connectivity and amenities in this project that is why I went ahead with it.

Hello, I recently moved to Platinum Park and I would like to tell you about the project. Platinum Park 1 BHK price starts from 39 lakhs and Platinum Park 2 BHK price starts around 68 lakhs, both apartments are carefully planned and well structured. I was looking for  BHK apartments, in particular Platinum Park Unit area for 2 BHK apartments is 768 Sq Ft which is not too congested and spacious enough. It is also legally approved by the ministry under Platinum Park RERA number P51800008722 Spacing is the only reason why I got a place here at Platinum Park.

I was looking for an apartment in Hinjawadi and my friend suggested Platinum Park so I went to visit the property. Platinum Park unit configuration is of 1 and 2 BHK apartments and the carpet area starts from 414 Sq Ft. I have heard about Platinum Realty builders, they are amongst the most renowned builders in Pune and are known for their architecture and building style, so I was confident about the construction quality.
