• R2 zone:

Following are the different kinds of R zone plots and their uses;

• R1 Zone or Purely Residential Zone: It is a residential zone used for the sole purpose of residential development but a small area can be used up to a certain extent for medical uses. Following are the uses that are permissible in this zone

6. Small gymnasiums, community halls, and welfare centres.

• R2 Zone or Residential Zone: These zones have the permission of residential, commercial, institutional, and medical infrastructure and use.

1. Stores, shops, or showrooms for retail business.

2. Professional offices

3. Commercial use up to a certain extent.

4. Fast food and vending stalls

5. Storage of furniture, household goods, etc.

6. Veterinary dispensaries and hospitals.

7. Commercial halls, exhibition halls

8. Repair, cleaning shops

9. Vegetable, fruit, flower, fish, or meat marketplace.

10. Residential hotels, boarding and lodging
