Select the exact location and then again click on Continue
Had to choose from several options like- 1/2/3 BHK, furnished or not, Independent house/Apartment etc
Click on Continue
Provide further details like the size of the house, age of the house, floor and more
After providing all these details, you will get to know an approximate rent of that area. It's super easy to use and the best part is they can help you to find a house and prepare the rent agreement as well. I did everything from them and loved their services.
