The building is declared to be dilapidated, ruinous, or dangerous in any way to anyone occupying, using, or passing by such configuration or any other structure or place in its neighbourhood by the concerned authority, and Consent of not less than 75% of the members of the building.
The timeframe of twenty-five years of a project shall have finished from the date of issuance of the approval for development by the authority concerned, or
The building is asserted dilapidated, ruinous, or dangerous
Suo-moto Managing Committee
A request is received from one-fourth of the flats' residents.
