It s indeed a great project and I would highly suggest this project.

Essentials like hospitals and police stations are under 15 minutes, and the best schools in the area are within 30 minutes. From Cinema halls to vegetable stores you can find everything under a pretty good connectivity. Sach Splendid amenities like well equipped gym, swimming pool, party area and Children’s play area are a great highlight of the project. These features are really hard to find in a city like Mumbai.

My father is planning to move out from the current apartment, while discussing he told me about Sach Splendid which was a new project in the area. He had a keen interest in this project because he knew the delivery and construction quality provided by Sach developers. There is one building and only 20 units, Sach Splendid unit configuration is of 3 and 4 plus BHK apartments, the floor planning of the apartments are really well structured and defined, and so is the interior. We are definitely going ahead with the apartment.
