Sale deed is a legal document that proves the sale of the property is complete. This document is an agreement between the buyer and the seller regarding the property. The sale deed is registered under the sub-registrar office. The sale deed is considered legal in the eye of law only if it is registered.

Verification
  •  Before you do a sale deed registration it is important to make sure that the decided amount is paid by the buyer.

  • The seller must verify that there is no amount due on the property like home loans, house tax, society dues, etc. If left any then the application for sale deed will be canceled.

Stamp Duty 
  • Stamp duty is a tax that is collected by the government of India for the purchase of a property.

  • It is calculated based on Guidance Value, decided by the state government as per the location of the property.
