AWFUL SERVICE by Sangwan packers movers.
Last year, I needed to relocate four items from Bangalore to Dhule. One of my chairs was entirely broken. For a week, I contacted them every day to inquire about insurance, but they either didn't answer or stated it was being processed. If they don't even have my account information, which they are expected to reimburse, how can they claim it's in the process? And after a week, they have just stopped returning my calls, and they eventually blocked my number.

Hi, Sangwan packers movers are the worst of the worst. If possible I’d have rated them zero. My refrigerator was damaged, and the shipment also damaged my sofa. They behaved in a most dishonourable manner by throwing things into a truck. It arrived broken and that too after four days of delay. I am supremely disappointed with their service.
However, a few months back I had to again book a packers and movers service. This time I hired
NoBroker packers and movers. I am so satisfied with their level of professionalism, and attention to detail. All my things were packed properly and reached my new destination undamaged. They also provided me with the lowest quote in the market.

This is one of the worst packers and movers services I've ever used. Though there are a few online positive Sangwan packers and movers reviews, my experience with them is horrible. Many products were damaged in transit even though insurance was charged. They abruptly stopped responding when I tried to claim insurance, so I had nowhere to turn. They provide extremely poor service, thus I would strongly advise against hiring them. Out of a shipment order worth Rs. 30,000, I lost Rs. 12,000, which included Rs. 10,000 for damaged items and another Rs. 2,000 for insurance payments.
During transit, the following things were damaged:
Three chairs
The refrigerator's backside
Dustbin
Fridge tray
Utensils holder
I really doubt whether these guys are ISO-certified or not.
