I visited this project myself after hearing my friend StepsStone Vatsa Elite review, and I was really impressed. It is likely to be among the top developments constructed in Chennai's Kattupakkam, Porur. Their amenities were exceptional, in my opinion. It will feature gardens, a yoga room, a fitness gym, and specific parking areas, among other things. I adored that this property will have an 8-walk track, a driver's restroom, a terrace barbecue, and work from home office. Additionally, it has CMDA and RERA approval. The StepsStone Vatsa Elite RERA number is TN/01/Building/0031/2024.
After much consideration, I chose to book a 2 BHK here since I thought the StepsStone Vatsa Elite 2 BHK was more affordable than other projects in the area. These 2 BHK flats are priced at Rs 59 Lakh. Overall I will rate it 4.
