I want to share my experience of taking a personal loan through this NBFC with a Tata Capital personal loan review. The whole process was painful for me. There is no part payment option available online. You can get it done only by visiting the branch. There are no options for foreclosure. They constantly call with new loan schemes even if you are not interested. The rate of interest is also high. Please be careful while making any decision.

I read a few Tata Capital personal loan reviews before deciding to take a personal loan through this bank. The customer service of Tata Capital is extremely poor. I applied for a loan about two weeks ago and the application status is still under process. Don’t go for them at all. Choose a better and more professional lender instead.

I can help you with whether is Tata Capital good for personal loan or not. I got a call regarding a pre-approved loan from Tata Capital. They took all the details and carried out the formalities for the auto-debit from my account. Then, neither did they call nor did they pick up my call.
A few days later, one of their employees said “As the system has been updated, your loan is not approved”. I needed money and these people fooled me. They are highly irresponsible and unethical.
