It was formerly Rs 53 lakh per acre and now it is between Rs 2.25 crore and Rs 5 crore per acre based on the location. It has been a longstanding demand of the farmers so Kejriwal now at last has approved of it. This 1 acre land price in New Delhi has also been approved by the LG.
