I am highly interested in the A Grove by the Lake project. This project is one of India's largest home automation projects, where you can fully control your fans, ACs, lights, geysers, and more. It will have Alexa-ready technology.
A Grove by the Lake possession date as of now is set for 2028, and its work is going full-fledged. It is
Built using eco-friendly building materials
All sorts of water savings measures will be taken to ensure there is minimal water waste or none at all
Rain harvesting facility will be available here
A waste segregation facility will also be there
Common areas will be solar powered
You can use the electric car charging facility here
I am eagerly waiting for the A Grove by the Lake completion date and saving money to have a house here, and I hope I will be able to do it. This project is definitely a big yes for me.

A Grove By The Lake is located in Kukatpally, Hyderabad, close to the Forum Sujana Mall. During my last visit to this mall, I visited this project, and the plans seem great. I cannot say much about it in this A Grove By The Lake review as it is a newly launched project, but on discussing it with the sales team, I came to learn about several of its aspects, like:
Buyers can pay only 10% of the amount to book an apartment here
The project will be spread across 3 acres and have 288, 2 and 3 BHK smart apartments
There will be two blocks divided by a full-length central space so ventilation will be great
It will be home to a mini forest with abundant trees and a lake next door
A Grove by the Lake price will start from Rs 98.67 lakh

A Grove By The Lake was launched in 2022, so I believe sharing any review of it is not justified. We will have to wait and see how well it develops in the upcoming years. However, location wise it is good. You will get everything in this project like:
Forum Sujana Mall is within 1 km
Manjeera Mall and Manjeera Majestic Commercial are within 1.5 km
KPHB Colony is also within 1.5 km
Hyderabad Metro Rail Limited is also within 3 km
The J.K. Hospital is also within 1 km
You will find several markets near it as well, so yes, you can reach any destination easily from here.
