Aakriti Esta was launched 5 years back in 2017 and is expected to get wrapped up before May 2025. I believe the COVID 19 crisis played a major role in delaying the construction process but overall it's a great project. We visited it in 2021. There are several details that I noted down about this project and those are
It's RERA approved and the RERA ID is P01100000070.
It has an RCC framed structure
The apartments are all Vastu Compliant
The apartments are either east, west or north facing
We are planning to visit the project again next year and book one 2 BHK. If everything goes well I will surely share another

The project started in 2011 so I don’t know what they were doing all these years. People who have visited this project know how the apartments are. Let me share why it is a BIG NO from my end. This project
Has the worst electrical fittings since the products are cheap and bought from local markets
Grouting is not done anywhere so be sure to have seepage issues
They will take the money and book your apartment but if you ask for a refund or cancellation, be sure to lose all of it
You won’t get the handover easily until you struggle a lot
They have management issues so try to avoid buying an apartment here. If you ask my
