Though the Abhee Celestial City possession date is a bit late, it is excellent and worth waiting for. This is exactly the kind of project we have been hunting for months. • The Abhee Celestial City price starts from Rs 1.43 crore onwards, which might seem too much but trust me, it is worth it.

• This project is set to deliver 45 plus amenities and has an extraordinary 25000 sq ft clubhouse.

• This project has allotted 70% of open space so be sure that all the apartments will have good ventilation.

In my opinion, this project is worth investing in so you can visit it and then decide whether it's worth investing in or not. My husband suggested waiting for at least another year before finalising a deal but if you visit it, please share an update.

My friends shared several Abhee Celestial City reviews, so I decided to check it out myself last month. We have been planning to buy a premium 2 BHK apartment and this project seemed perfect for us. Abhee Celestial City Bangalore, lies near Greenwood High School, Chikkavaderapura Village, Dommasandra. It is strategically located close to both Whitefield and Marathalli. I have the price list with me so let me share it for your convenience here:

• The Abhee Celestial 2 BHK price starts at Rs 1.36 crore for 1345 sq ft.

• The Abhee Celestial 3 BHK price for 1680 to 1685 sq ft starts at Rs 1.68 crore. Moreover, for the 3BHK flat’s size 1950 to 1990 sq.ft, the price starts at Rs 1.98 crore.

We will seal the deal by next year’s end and can assure you that you won’t be disappointed with Abhee Celestial City.

I tried to inquire about the Abhee Celestial unit size for a 3 BHK and the sales team mentioned that the apartments here will be between 1680 sq ft and 1990 sq ft. The project is in its early stages so it's hard to tell what sort of features it will have, but I liked its location. It is

• Wipro Technologies - 9.2 km

• Embassy Tech Village - 10.5 km

• City Hyper Mart - 2 km

• India Fight Sports Academy - 2 km

• Green Wood high School - 200 m

• Inventure Academy - 500 m

• Columbia Asia Hospital Whitefield - 7.5 km

I would suggest you wait a couple of years before finalising anything. The possession date is set for December 2027 so let's see how much progress it makes in the upcoming years.

I have also visited the site and checked the Abhee Celestial City price list. From the price list, I have learned that the Abhee Celestial City 2 BHK price is Rs. 1.29 Cr onwards. I wasn’t able to see the Abhee Celestial City 1 BHK price, so I asked them about it. They informed me that there are no 1 BHKs, and they only have 2, 2.5, and 3 BHKs. Following that, I asked if they were RERA-approved or not. They provided me with this

and told me that it was the Abhee Celestial City RERA number. 

Hello, while searching for a 2 BHK apartment, I ended up at Abhee Celestial City. I consulted a friend about the same, and he informed me that he had also checked the property and visited the location. He told me that Abhee Celestial City location is 24, SH 35, behind Greenwood High School, Bengaluru, Chikkavaderapura, Karnataka.

So, I visited the property a few days back. The executive who was showing me the property told me that the whole property is 5 Acres and they have 2, 2.5, and 3 BHKs. There are 6 towers with amenities such as 

• Heated pool,

• Skating rink, 

• Floral garden,

• Indoor gym,

• Outdoor Workstation/Library,

• Sculpture garden. 

• Outdoor gym, etc. 

This property is very appealing to me as it has all the essential amenities and is surrounded by some of the top schools, best hospitals, shopping centers, etc. I have booked a 2.5 BHK there. 

My cousin told me about this project, and after that, I went through some Abhee Celestial City reviews. From the reviews, I learned that the Abhee Celestial City possession date is June 2029. So, I got in touch with them to confirm the possession date, which they told me was the same as the reviews. 

Initially, I was planning to book a 3 BHK, but due to the Abhee Celestial City completion date, I had to back off. I needed something that would be a bit early. If anyone is comfortable with the completion date, then you can choose this project.
