Alliance Galleria Residences is one of the most premium projects ever built in Pallavaram, Chennai. We are planning to invest here and must say that we loved it. Our main concern was the location and the Alliance Galleria Residences location is so great that you can commute to and fro from here easily. 

My husband works in the Embassy Tech World, a km away from this project, so just two months ago we checked it out and absolutely loved it. You will find everything near this project, be it a school, IT hubs, markets, malls, hospitals, etc. the

• Embassy Splendid Tech Zone is at a walking distance of 250 m

• Equitas Small Finance Bank is 1.1 km from here

• DAY2DAY Whole Sale Supermarket is located at a distance of 1.2 km from here

• Sri Chaitanya Techno School is 4.2 km far

• Chennai Airport is just 5.5 km from here

• OMR The IT Corridor is within 8.5 km

After much thought, we have finally decided to invest here by the year’s end and will highly recommend you invest here.

Alliance Galleria Residences is a great project. My colleague lives here and always speaks highly of the project. The most extraordinary amenities here are:

Alliance Galleria Residences RERA number has also been assigned so be free; there are no legal issues filed or raised against it. I will rate it 10/ 10 and will definitely suggest you check it out and invest here.

I haven’t checked out the project myself but have heard that booking apartments here gets a bit confusing as the prices change. However if you talk with the sales team clearly I personally do not think such issues will crop up. You can give it a try.
