Ambience Downtown is a new uber-luxury project in Cooke Town that will be providing 3 and 4 BHK bed apartments. Their starting price is about Rs 3.5 Crores. My parents want to have an apartment there so we did visit the project a few months back and I simply loved their amenities. They are unique so let me tell you why. They will be providing:
Swimming pool with light effect
Party lounge with a spacious juice bar
Chef’s dining table with full furnished kitchen
18 seaters mini theatre
Spa, gym and other common amenities are also there. I found the apartments cheap as per the variety of amenities they are providing. I will give this project 4.2/ 5 in this Ambience Downtown Review.

Serious traffic jams
Noise pollution
Scarcity of vehicles at times during office hours
If you want to live in a congested area then this project will be great. But if you want to live amid nature and have fresh air, this project won’t be a good choice. Now it's up to you whether to trust this Ambience Downtown review or not.

Ambience Downtown is located just opposite Orion East Mall, a really posh area. You can travel anywhere from here since it enjoys great connectivity. I have been to both Orion East Mall and More Supermarket located near it so let me help you know its exact location.
More Supermarket is only 7 mins from the project
Thom’s Bakery is 7 mins away
Big Bazar is 10mins away
Commercial Street is 15mins from there
Bangalore Club is I think about 25 to 30mins from there
Manipal, Malaya and Vikram Hospitals are about 20-25mins away
From Indiranagar metro station it takes about 15 mins to reach here
Trinity Circle Metro Station is about 15 mins away
