This location enjoys great connectivity and you can easily get cabs from here. Since we are looking for a 2BHK, I visited this project and loved it. It will be having
2 and 3 BHK apartments spread across 2 buildings with 40 floors each. There will be 500 units in total
The property is spread across 3 areas of land and it is planned to dedicate 90% of the land to Central Park
Residents can enjoy about 180-degree views from east to west
They have also shared the Anchor Point Malad West RERA number, which is P51800055516
Since the Anchor Point Malad West possession date is set for December 2028, we will take another year before taking a final call. I suggest you pay a visit there and check out the entire project yourself.

If you check the Anchor Point Malad West unit configuration, you will understand that the apartments are going to be really small. They might enjoy great ventilation but their area is way too less compared to what other projects provide for their 3 BHKs. Sorry, but this is a big NO for me. The project is just in its initial stages so wait a few more years and then plan whether to invest here or not.
