Please do not invest your hard earned money here. They charge for maintenance but do nothing. 24hrs electricity is a myth. In fact, my aunt was not provided with 24*7 water as well. Unknown people do come at night and trust me there is no security to look after such things. My aunt is absolutely disgusted with almost everything. The materials, be it tiles, doors, or even pipelines, everything is of poor quality and the installation is also not fine. This is all I can say in Aradhya Homes reviews as per the details shared by my aunt.

Aradhya Homes is a great project and let me tell you it will be a good investment. It is providing several amenities like:
  • Swimming pool
  • Bar
  • Terrace garden
  • Piped gas
  • Cafeteria
  • Table tennis
  • Badminton court
  • Jogging track
  • Club house
  • 24 hrs power backup
  • Gymnasium and what not.
We are planning to finalize the deal soon so yes in this Aradhya Homes review, I would like to rate the project 4.3/ 5.

I have been looking at a 4 BHK apartment in Aradhya Homes and am quite liking it especially because of its prime location. It is well connected with the rest of the city being located in Sector 67 of Gurgaon. Be it a mall, hospital, school, or airport. I noted down the distances so that I can discuss it with my family and finalize the deal. Let me share them with you all as well.
  • Airia mall is about 4.6km away
  • Lemon Tree Hotel, Sohna road is 5.8km away from the project
  • Vega School Sector 48 is 5.4km away
  • KIIT College of Engineering is 6.3km away
  • Indira Gandhi International Airport is 27.5km away
