What is the Arihant Aakarshan Review Navi Mumbai Maharashtra?

Arihant Aakarshan is not at all a project where you should invest money. At least I won’t suggest that you do that. There is no proper water supply and it seems that no one is really bothered about it. The worst part is that they will convince you to invest here but never really tell what if you change your decision later? They won’t speak a word about the cancellation process which is actually fishy. In fact I have heard this issue before also that after booking if you cancel it, they do not refund money. I personally did not like the materials used in their construction. I had witnessed leakages from the pipeline myself so yes a BIG NO from me at least. If you visit this project, you will understand the poor road condition as well. You can get several other apartments at this price, so decide and then only invest here. That's all for my Arihant Aakarshan review. 

Arihant Aakarshan is actually connected well with the rest of the city. My son is studying in the RZPSchool and the project is about 2.4km away. Let me share some more location so that you can get an idea about where it is exactly located

• Podar Jumbo Kids is 2.39km far

• National Public School Taloja is 2.43km away

• National School is about 3.3km far

• Ayesha Hospital is 5.5km away

• Mahalakshmi Mall is 8.7km away and more

But yes let me tell you, the possession date is 2030 so you have to wait almost a decade to move in here. 

This is what I have to say about the Arihant Aakarshan review. 

I visited several projects and it is true that Arihant Aakarshan provides spacious apartments at an affordable price. You can get 1BHK of 318 sq ft(carpet area) at Rs. 30 Lakhs only. For 2BHK having a carpet area of 476 sq ft, the price is Rs. 45 Lacs. It is very less compared to several other projects in the area so you can definitely check it out. This is all I can say for my Arihant Aakarshan review

As for Arihant Aakarshan review I will say that you can opt for it without a second thought. I always look whether the project is RERA registered or not and let me tell you this project is RERA approved. You can check it online by the Registration number.

I was in search of a 1BHK flat but as you all know, most of the projects have 2 and 3 BHK so it got quite difficult for me to get a spacious 1 BHK for myself. After much hunting I heard about the Arihant Aakarshan review from one of my friends so let me share what I loved the most there. Last month I paid a visit there and this week once my parents approve it, I am going to book one. The facilities that attracted my attention are:

• Swimming pools

• Amphitheater

• Power backup

• 24*7 water supply

• Lift

• 24*7 security

• Gymnasium

• Banquet hall 

• Party lawn

• Yoga area

• Indoor games room and more

The starting price is also Rs. 30 Lakhs, so, it is a big Yes from me at least. You can visit this project and check these all by yourself
