I moved here last year with my family, and can share what I think about this project. ARK Cloud City address is in Channasandra Main Road, 3G Homes Crimson Layout, which became the perfect place for us to invest in. All the public transports, hospitals, IT parks, and entertainment sectors are nearby, and RERA also verified the project.

The ARK Cloud City price starts from Rs. 92 lakhs, and I think for all the amenities, it’s a budget-friendly project. Here are some locational advantages you should know.

1. Kadugodi bus stop - 3.1 km away

2. Srinivas theatre - 1.3 km away

3. Park square mall - 3.3 km away

4. More supermarket - 5.4 km away

So, you can visit the project once before finalising.

My husband and I went to see the project last month, so I can share my ARK Cloud City reviews based on my experience. The project is in a well-connected area and, most importantly, close to bus stops and train stations. You can get 2 and 3 BHK unit configurations here, which are spread across 5 blocks and 165 units. My husband also researched about the builder, ARK Infra and found that it’s a well-known, reputable real-estate developer. I asked my friends who have invested in their residential properties, and they all said good things about them. Though I am a bit skeptical about the pricing and we are considering more options, you can visit this place once and see for yourself.

My friend visited this project and she said that the project has used poor materials for its construction. The walls are damp already and there are indications of seepage on every corner of the rooms. The most serious concern is that the main road is about 1.5km away so be sure you won’t be getting many vehicles easily nor can you go to any place quickly. I am planning to opt for a vastu compliant apartment and this project is not at all following any vastu norms so I dropped the idea of visiting this project personally. You can visit the project and then decide but I will not rate it more than 2/ 5 in my ARK Cloud City Review.

I would state some important details in my ARK Cloud City Review to help you guys decide whether to invest money here or not. For 2 BHK ranging from 1185 to 1270 sq ft, the price starts from Rs 53.33 Lakhs and for 3 BHK ranging from 1555 to 2040 sq ft, the price is Rs 70 lakhs and more. The amenities you are to get here are:

• Wifi connectivity

• Aerobics room

• Car parking and more

I think it is quite budget friendly so you can invest here.

ARK Cloud City is under construction as of now and I am not sure about its possession date. Me and my husband are planning to have a 2 BHK here but yes, we need to think about it a bit more. Overall it is a good project and is RERA approved as well. You can check its details online by knowing the RERA ID that is: PRM/KA/RERA/1251/446/PR/171030/000697 & 71028/000852. The project is spread across 2.18 acres of land and has S+4 floors and has 165 units in it. I haven't visited the project personally but you can rely on this ARK Cloud City Review since my husband noted these details himself the previous month when he got a chance to visit it.
