What is the Assetz Bloom & Dell Review Doddabanahalli Bengaluru?

I was interested in investing in this project as Assetz Bloom and Dell location is near my office in Bagmane Tech Park (28 minutes), but I found the price of the apartments here quite high. The lavish apartments starting at around Rs 1.9 crore are too much for middle-class people. Apart from that, the project’s completion date is quite far. It won’t be completed anytime soon before 2027 and as of now, a lot of work is pending. I searched for reviews online but found none so relevant so you better visit the project after a few years and then decide whether to invest here or not. 

We live just near the Channenahalli bus station in a rented apartment and are now planning to buy our own house. We’ve had eyes on Assetz Bloom and Dell for quite some time. The location is easily accessible, so both my husband and I decided to pay a visit there and check it out. This project has some extraordinary features, like:

• It will provide only 3 and 4 BHKs but you can start living here by paying just Rs 22,999

• Their club house is huge and is of of 15,000 sq ft

• It ensures higher carpet area efficiency so be sure your apartment will be spacious

• There will be more than 18 world-class amenities available

• The carbon healing homes here are sure to help you have a healthy life

The exact Assetz Bloom and Dell address is near Doddabanahalli Gram Panchayat Office, off Sai Baba Ashram Road, Doddabanahalli. I will suggest you visit it at least once. Also, the prices of the apartments here range from Rs 1.86 crore to Rs 2.47 crore.

I was checking the Assetz Bloom & Dell price on NoBroker and decided to check it out myself. Both me and my husband have our offices in the Whitefield area, so we want to have an apartment here only. I quite loved this project for a number of reasons, like-

I asked the sales team about the Assetz Bloom & Dell possession date and learned that it will be wrapped up by 2027. I highly recommend investing here, but of course, do check it out yourself once. 

Assetz Bloom & Dell is the latest project getting constructed just near my office in Doddabanahalli, Bangalore. I cross the project almost everyday and even visited it twice so let me share some of the details I am aware about this project-

• The project is RERA-approved and free of any legal dispute

• It will provide only 3 BHKs

• This project is spread across a massive area of 7.70 acres

• There will be four towers with a total of 394 units

• To date, an occupancy certificate has not been issued by the property

The Assetz Bloom & Dell construction status is under construction as of now. This project is providing elegant apartments, but the problem is that the roads connecting the project are not good and are far from main roads. There are about 4 to 5 huge communities you have to pass through to reach this project, and that does hamper its accessibility. 

Another problem with the project is its construction delay. I doubt whether it will be able to deliver the apartments here by 2027 or not. It is better to wait a few more years and then decide whether investing here will be worth it or not.
