I have recently added a beneficiary to my existing HDFC bank account. For that, I have followed the below process:
Visit
https://netbanking.hdfcbank.com/netbanking/
.
After that, enter the Consumer ID or User ID.
Hit on the Continue button.
After logging, click the “Fund Transfer” button.
Now, tap on “Add Beneficiary.”
Mention the bank name, account number that you wish to add, contact details, and other required details.
Click the Submit button. An OTP will be shared via a registered email id or mobile number.
Enter the generated OTP in the provided space to get it validated.
Once, it is done, the HDFC bank will make the changes within 30 minutes.
You can also access and manage your account through mobile banking apps.
