I can tell you some major aspects of this project in this Bhoomi Simana review. It is one of the most lavish projects by Bhoomi Simama. Let me start with the Bhoomi Simana address. This project is located near Abhyudaya Nagar Mumbai Public School, Lalbaug. It has

  • 2 towers with 237 units comprising 2, 3, 4 and 5 BHKs

  • It is spread across a vast area, around 5.3 acres of land

  • The Bhoomi Simana rera number is P51900033361; P51900033360 and is free of legal disputes as of now

  • Some top-notch amenities like yoga meditation zone, flower garden, provision for EV charging points and others

As for the Bhoomi Simana construction status, be aware that it is nearing completion and is almost complete.

We got interested in this project primarily because it is nearing its possession date. The Bhoomi Simana possession date is set for the next year, December 2025. During our visit early this year, we liked this project primarily because of its location. It is close to prominent malls, markets, bus stations and even schools.

  • Bhoomi Simana 2BHK price- Rs 3.74 to Rs 4.11 crore onwards for apartment size between 826 and 887 sq ft

  • Bhoomi Simana 3BHK price- Rs 4.25 to Rs 5.64 crore onwards for apartment size between 1133 sq ft and 1286 sq ft

We might be visiting again this month to finalise our booking and would suggest you visit it too. I can assure you that it will be worth investing in.

It is too expensive to invest. Bhoomi Simana is indeed a top-notch project but its starting price is Rs 3 crore onwards. I don’t find anything extraordinary for which they have set this exorbitant price. Also, they are not disclosing any information about the price for apartments above the 20th floor. I believe they will sell it for more. I would rather suggest you go for

Ruparel Sky Green

who are providing 1 and 2 BHKs at half of Bhoomi Simana’s price. Take your call wisely
