What is the Brigade Exotica Burgundy Review Krishnarajapura Bangalore?

Brigade Exotica Burgundy enjoys a great location. It is easily accessible from any part of the city, and the best part is that you will find an ample number of malls, IT hubs, hotels, schools, and more near it. My husband liked it as soon as we checked it out in 2019, and in early 2020, we moved into a 3 BHK apartment here. Let me share what you will get near this project-

Brigade Exotica Burgundy began in 2014 and was completed in 2018. It has been able to grab a number of customers in a short period of time. In fact, most of the apartments there are already occupied. My brother moved in there in 2019, and he always has a positive Brigade Exotica Burgundy review to share. Here are some of the specifications of the apartments of this project

• The waiting lounge is elegantly decorated with imported marble 

• For the entrance lobby and staircases they have used granite/vitrified tiles

• Large vitrified tiles have been used for the flooring inside the apartment and you will get the option to upgrade it to imported marble flooring as well

• The bedrooms have laminated wooden flooring 

• For the kitchen they have used vitrified tiles

• You will get the option to have modular kitchen, water heater, water purifier 

• For the balconies/deck they have used matt furnished tile flooring

• Ceramic tiles have been used on the bathroom floors

• Teakwood has been used to carve the main doors

• For windows aluminium is used

The list is very long so it’s not possible to mention all the aspects here but overall the project is worth investing in.

You will not get cabs or autos very easily in Brigade Exotica Burgundy. I checked out this project recently and had to wait more than 40 minutes to get an auto. Another issue with this project is that it has the OC but no RERA ID. Other problems that I witnessed are

• Several apartments have water leakage issues

• Small parking space

• Bathrooms are not at all spacious

• Balconies are odd in space which does not look pretty

I had higher expectations from this project. This is all I can say in this Brigade Exotica Burgundy review.
