I went to the project last weekend; hence, I can share its details in my Candeur Novo Gardenia review. We have been planning to invest in a 2.5 or 3 BHK for a long time and might be finalising a property here soon. I found that:

  • All the properties here abide by the Vastu norms

  • The apartments are well-planned, spacious, breezy and well-ventilated

  • The project offers community living in a peaceful environment

  • Candeur Novo Gardenia rera number is assigned; hence, be sure it abides by all the building norms

  • The Candeur Novo Gardenia price starts from Rs 1.75 crore onwards

What I liked about this project is that it has everything right for kids and elderly people. You will find

  • Children play area

  • Rock climbing

  • Skating rink

  • Senior citizen park

  • Party lawn

  • Barbeque area

  • Seating area and more

In fact, there is a dedicated pet garden available here, which is something I rarely find in other projects. I find it worth investing in so yes, check it out and then make a final call.

I am interested in having a property in Candeur Novo Gardenia mainly because it's close to my workplace in Brigade Tech Park, around 7.2 km. I am well aware of this locality so let me tell you that you will find

  • The Varthuru Police Station within a km

  • The Vagdevi Vilas School within 2.4 km

  • Nallur Halli and Sri Sathya Sai Hospital within 8 km

  • The Belandur Road within 4.1 km

  • Lakshmi Nursing Home within a km

  • V-AYUSH Healthcare within 1.5 km

  • INOX within 4 km

  • Sri Vinayaka Cinemas 4K 3D within 1.1 km

Location-wise, this project is perfect. It is well-connected with the rest of the city via well-built roads; hence for me, it is worth investing in. If you are really interested in having a lavish property with good ROI, invest here.

Hello, This is a RERA registered project, and the Candeur Novo Gardenia RERA number is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/309/PR/070324/006697. They offer exclusive 3 BHK apartments. The Candeur Novo Gardenia 3BHK price starts at Rs. 1.49 Cr. The builder team said that buyers need to pay 7% as the down payment. I was mainly looking for a 2BHK apartment. However, this project offers only exclusive 3 BHK apartments. So I checked out another good project named

Sobha Dream Acres

in this locality that offers 2 BHK apartments. So if you want to buy a 2 BHK unit you can check this out.

Last month, I visited this project on my friend's recommendation. I got the exact Candeur Novo address from him. It was located directly across from Prestige Lake Side Habitat on Sarjapur Varthur Main Road. Due to its superior accessibility, spacious flats and close proximity to Whitefield, Marathahalli, Sarjapura, and Bellandur, I felt it was a great project to relocate or invest in Bangalore. I booked a 3 BHK with 1495 square feet here as it was conveniently located near several public amenities and public transportation.

The Candeur Novo possession date I received was December 2026. Hi, I recently visited the site because I was mainly looking for 3 BHK apartments in this area. This project provides luxurious three-bedroom homes with varying sizes situated on 3.5 acres for sale in Varthur. On enquiring the sales team about the Candeur Novo Gardenia construction status I learned that it is still under construction and the Candeur Novo Gardenia possession date is December 2026. The location is convenient, with easy access to shops, schools, and public transport. Overall, I liked the Candeur Novo Gardenia as it offers a comfortable and luxurious living experience.

The project offers fantastic amenities and a beautiful floor plan. It has RERA approval and the Candeur Novo RERA number is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/309/PR/070324/006697. This is the ideal location for contemporary living. 

I reserved three-bedroom flats here since Brigade Tech Park, where my office is located, is close to this project. I have made a 7% down payment towards the Rs 1.49 crore Candeur Novo 3bBHK price.

Sharing my Candeur Novo review so that you can make a good investment. Last week, I visited to check this project as I was looking to invest in a 3 BHK flat in Varthur. In simple words, the Candeur team is building this project with honesty of low quality. I have checked the Candeur Novo construction status and I am very sure that this project won’t be completed by December 2026. So, before making my final decision, I decided to check out other projects in Varthur like Sobha Dream Acres or Adarsh Park Heights . What’s your opinion?

The Candeur Novo Gardenia address is near TCIS, Gunjur village Varthur, Whitefield Sarjapur Road. The location is great since it provides quick access to several local landmarks, including Whitefield, Marathahalli, Sarjapura, and Bellandur. This project is located in proximity to several tech parks, hospitals, and schools. Some of its locational advantages are as follows;
