My brother-in-law lives in Casa Imperia so let me tell you what major issues he faces there.
Firstly there are severe power cut issues and water problems
the second problem is their maintenance charge which increases day by day
Thirdly, I did not like the project at all due to the poor roads. When I visited the place in July, the roads were full of potholes making the area accident-prone.
The location of the project is good and honestly, if these things get worked upon, I am sure people will come forward to get an apartment here.
This is my Casa Imperia review but still, I will suggest you go and visit the apartment yourself and then decide whether to invest here or not.

Casa Imperia by AUM Sanskruti Housing is providing ready to move in apartments that are worth investing in. A friend of mine lives there so last month I went to visit her and checked out the project myself. What I loved about the apartments is their superior quality of materials used and the interior design. They have used
Vitrified flooring in all rooms making them shiny and glimmering
Her kitchen platform was made of granite with a carysil granite sink giving the space a top-notch look
The wall tiles were also thick and of superior quality
All the pipelines were concealed with branded CP fittings
Doors and windows were all laminated and she said she need not work hard to clean them
The windows have mosquito mesh so be sure you will be safe from mosquito attacks
These are some of the things I could observe and from her words, I can tell you that she is very happy to have invested here. If you really want a premium apartment at an affordable price, please check out this project. In this Casa Imperia review, I will rate the project 4.7/5.

My mother clearly stated that if I really want to buy an apartment, I must make sure that it is Vastu compliant. Most of the projects I checked did not build their apartments as per the Vastu norms but Casa Imperia has. I hence checked the project two weeks before and loved it. You will get several amenities here like
24*7 security and CCTV surveillance
Rainwater harvesting system
Sewage treatment plant
Community hall
Clubhouse
Basketball court
Jogging track
Senior citizen area
Yoga studio
Pool deck and a lot of others.
