I opted for Century Packers and Movers after going through several positive Century Packers and Movers reviews. But I had a very bad experience while using Century Packers and Movers services last year. They mishandled all my household items. There was major damage to my bed, study table, shoe rack, wooden temple, RO Water purifier and many crockery items. On delivery day, the workers refused to install the sofa and TV unit legs. I had asked them to remove the TV unit legs on the packing day because I was assured that it would be fixed upon unpacking. They also misplaced all my flower pots. I used the service of Century Packers and Movers for shifting my household items to my new home. The service provided was exemplary. The team was very proactive and ensured that all the items were packed well and marked accordingly. The main advantage was that they never rushed into packing. • I got my goods on time, so that was a good thing.

Cons-

• They do not answer calls

• Their packaging is not good. Local men would have packed my goods more efficiently

I hired Century Packers and Movers in 2020 and had the worst experience. I wanted to transport my goods from Hebbal to Jakkur and got a quote that they would charge Rs 5,864. This is what happened next-

 

• My goods were delivered in the evening but it was supposed to be delivered by 11 am

• I had availed of their insurance yet did not get money for the table they broke during the transport

• Their customer service is poor. They do not pick up calls neither they reply to emails
