Chandak Park Aspiria is located amid slums. I also witnessed a river flowing by in close proximity to the project, which is not a good thing. This can affect the project and the buildings might get damp, the iron materials can get rusted, the base structure can get hampered due to the steady flow of the river, it can get flooded as well, and more. I personally do not think it is a good idea to construct a project very near a river. The starting price is above 1 crore, so please spend wisely.
